Methods of analysis
For analysis of physicochemical properties of nanoparticles we use following
methods and techniques:
- TEM (Transmission Electron Microscopy)
- HRTEM (High Resolution Transmission Electron Microscopy)
- XRD (X-Ray Diffraction)
- XPS (X-Ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy)
- BET method for surface analysis
- Gas analysis for oxygen and nitrogen determination
- SES (Secondary Electron Spectroscopy)
For evaluation of biological activity of nanoparticles we use following
methods:
- full-thickness skin wound model
- microbiological tests on Staph. albus, E. coli etc.
- study of acute and chronic toxicity on laboratory animals
- study of microelement compositions of organs and tissues using AAS
method
- study of physicochemical characteristics and composition of lipids of
different organs and tissues
- other methods
