I. chapter.
Investigation of the effect and "response" of the highly dispersed Fe, Zn, Cu powders (HDP) after introduction in the animal organisms.

1. "Hormetic" effect of the HDP Fe, Zn, Cu.
2. Toxicological characteristics of the HDP Fe, Zn, Cu and salts.
3. Kinetics of the solution of the HDP Fe, Zn, Cu and salts.
4. Relationship of the biological effect of the HDP metals with a peculiarity of the solution of the metals in biomedia.

II. chapter.
Influence of the HDP Fe, Zn, Cu on trace elements level in organs and tissues in normal and hypercholesterinemic animals.

1. Ways and rate of the excretion of the HDP metals after a single subcutaneous injection.
2. Study of the trace elements metabolism after injection of the HDP metals.
3. Trace elements relationships in animal organisms after injection of the HDP metals.
4. Correction of the trace elements content and other characteristics in hypercholesterinemic animals.

III. chapter.
The HDP metals influence on the lipid peroxidation.

1. Intensive of the lipid peroxidation and activity of the antioxidant enzymes after HDP metals injection.

IV. chapter.
Mechanism of the HDP metals effect on cell activity and function.

1. Effect of the HDP metals on glucose-6-phospatase activity.
2. Effect of the HDP Zn on the activity of the c-AMP phosphodiesterase, adenilate cyclase and c-AMP in the mice liver.

V. chapter.
Study of the growth stimulation of the HDP metals
