Sinkina E.B., Glushchenko N.N., Fedorov Iu.I. Parenteral administration of fine zinc powder leads to prolonged changes of
blood coagulation time and ADP-induced platelet aggregation in animals. The
addition of zinc powder suspension supernatant and zinc sulfate in different
concentration to plasma rich platalats results in the inhibition of ADP-induced
platelet aggregation. Highest inhibition effect was 50 % with sample zinc
concentration 0,5 mM for zinc sulfate and 0,17 mM for zinc powder supernatant;
that indicates in more essential effect of fine zinc powder on platelet
aggregation. |
